At Ikonic by Palak, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully to understand how cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled.
1. Order Cancellation Policy
1.1 Cancellation by the Customer
- Standard Orders:
- You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To request a cancellation, please email us at support@ikonicbypalak.com with your order number.
- After the 24-hour period, your order may already be processed or shipped, and we will not be able to cancel it.
- Custom/Personalized Orders:
- Custom or personalized kurta orders (including tailored sizes or custom designs) cannot be canceled once production has begun.
1.2 Cancellation by Ikonic by Palak
We reserve the right to cancel orders under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:
- The product being out of stock
- Errors in pricing or product description
- Issues with payment processing
- Fraudulent or suspicious transactions
If we cancel your order, you will be notified via email, and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
2. Return and Exchange Policy
2.1 Return Eligibility
We accept returns for eligible products under the following conditions:
- The item must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
- Items such as custom orders, sale items, or items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
2.2 Non-Returnable Items
- Custom/Personalized Kurtas: As these items are made specifically to your requirements, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
- Sale Items: Items purchased during a sale or promotion are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.
2.3 Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at support@ikonicbypalak.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return shipping instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
- Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions.
2.4 Exchanges
- We only offer exchanges for incorrect sizes or defective items. If you wish to exchange your product, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the item.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only processed for eligible returns once the returned item has been received and inspected. The following guidelines apply:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Refund will be processed in 7 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.
3.2 Partial Refunds
We may issue partial refunds in the following cases:
- The item is returned with missing parts, tags, or has been used/damaged by the customer.
- A custom/personalized order is canceled after production has started (up to a certain percentage of the order value).
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after the stated processing time, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account: Refunds may take time to reflect due to your bank’s processing schedule.
- Contact your payment provider: Credit card companies and payment platforms may also have their own processing times before a refund is posted.
- Contact us: If you have followed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@ikonicbypalak.com , and we will assist you further.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs, at no extra charge.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
- For Standard Returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- For Defective or Incorrect Items: We will cover the return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement.
