  • Custom or made-to-order kurtas may require additional processing time. Any delays will be communicated to you via email.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the tracking link provided.
  • If you do not receive your tracking information within 7 days of placing your order, please contact us at support@ikonicbypalak.com.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Domestic Orders: Prices include applicable taxes within India.
  • International Orders(if applicable): Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are not included in the shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer. These fees vary based on your country’s regulations. ikonic by Palak is not responsible for any customs delays or additional charges incurred during shipment.

6. Delivery Issues

  • Incorrect Address: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. We are not liable for packages sent to the wrong address due to an error in shipping information.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Once an order has been shipped and tracking information is provided, Ikonic by Palak is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. However, we will assist you in resolving any shipping issues with the carrier.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).
  • Certain remote locations may have extended delivery times or restricted shipping services. We will notify you if your location falls under this category.

8. Order Delays

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, unexpected delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs clearance or courier issues. In the event of significant delays, we will keep you informed via email.

9. Failed Deliveries and Returns

If the courier service is unable to deliver the package due to reasons such as incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the package:

  • The package will be returned to us, and we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Re-shipping fees will apply.
  • If you choose not to re-ship, we will process a refund minus any shipping costs and handling fees.
